About Violet Haven

Compassionate people making a meaningful difference

Violet Haven was created with a shared belief that good support begins with knowing the person;  their goals, preferences, culture, routines and the people who matter to them.

The meaning behind our name

Violet represents compassion, dignity, wisdom and hope. Haven represents safety, comfort and belonging. Together, Violet Haven reflects the kind of care we believe everyone deserves.

Our story

Built around people

Violet Haven began with a shared belief that people deserve care that feels personal, respectful and consistent.

Drawing on experience across healthcare, disability and aged care, finance, operations, governance and people management, our founders came together to create an organisation where people are listened to, choices are respected and relationships matter.

Our focus is simple: understand what matters to each person and provide support that helps them live with greater choice, confidence and connection.
